Speaker Night: After dinner, Dr. Carl Palazolo will give a talk on eagles in Northern Michigan. Dr. Palazolo is an MSU graduate and retired veterinarian who summers in Harbor Springs. He is also a published author on the subject of eagles. His book sales benefit eagle and other raptor rehab groups. Join us for dinner & this interesting and informative talk.
Menu: French dip sandwiches, thinly sliced roast beef, toasted French baguette, horseradish cream, caramelized onion, rich au jus, potato salad, garden salad, dessert and drink (pop or water).
